What's On

worship band

There is lots going on in our church whether it is on a Sunday morning, midweek, at the church building, or out in the wider community.  As well as all the activities and events specifically for children and families we:

  • Have our own coffee shop "Roots" which provides a safe and welcoming environment for all including young children and vulnerable people, as well as serving great coffee and a delicious selection of light lunches, cakes and tasty snacks.

  • Run regular courses were you can learn about Christianity, the Bible and meet others of a like mind.

  • Have seven house groups.

  • We work with our local community; for instance we run the largest charity Book Fair in England; the Foodbank operates from the Church on Friday afternoons; we are setting up a house for the homeless through our participation in Hope into Action - Epsom as well as many other activities.

  • Have a worship band that rehearses weekly and leads music at the Sunday Celebration service.

  • Have a number of regular events such as Christmas Together and Holiday at Home, a series of one-off activities and a selection of Church groups which meet regularly at our church engaging in a wide range of activities.

  • Support several other charities including those connected with the Methodist church such as Ryelands (home to bring quality to later life), Action for Children, and others.  For further details click here.

  • In addition, there about twenty external groups with charitable or commercial links who use our premises for a wide range of activities a list of those are set out in this section.
